Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. You will work closely with the sales team to manage leads, negotiate deals, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership. Responsibilities Engage with customers through various communication channels to generate leads and schedule appointments. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Support the sales team by managing the sales pipeline and ensuring all leads are followed up appropriately. Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote dealership offerings and enhance brand visibility. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales management team to identify opportunities for process improvements within the business development center. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of building rapport with clients. Familiarity with sales management processes and tools, including CRM systems. Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction. Knowledge of dealership operations is a plus, but not required. A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment is essential.
