Job Summary:

Access Services is hiring a Bilingual Foreman (Spanish/English) for a leading plumbing contractor in Charlotte, NC. This role requires 5+ years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing, along with the necessary licenses and certifications in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews on commercial and residential projects.
• Ensure compliance with blueprints, plumbing codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment to optimize workflow.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and clients.
• Train and mentor team members on plumbing best practices.
• Enforce job site safety protocols and industry standards.

Qualifications:

✔ 5+ years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
✔ Bilingual (Spanish/English) – strong communication skills required.
✔ North Carolina Plumbing License (mandatory).
✔ OSHA 30 Certification (required).
✔ Drinking Water & Wastewater Certification (preferred).
✔ CDL License (preferred, for operating company vehicles).
✔ Ability to read blueprints and interpret plumbing codes.
✔ Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
✔ Availability to work in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas.
