How you’ll contribute:
As an IT Solution Coordinator, Finance, the role will be a blend of a solution owner, production support lead and a business analyst. You will be responsible for Financial Services applications (such as SAP AP, SAP Concur, Blackline, Wdesk and SOVOS Statutory reporting, etc.), business process enhancements, incident management and reporting. This role will ensure requirements, maintenance and change requests are delivered on-time and on budget. In this role, you will be responsible for vendor management and partner management, escalating tickets with vendor for resolution, and partnering with internal partners such as the BSA team, testing team, technical teams, production support teams and architecture.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Maintain close partnerships with architecture, finance business partners, testing, BSA teams and production support teams
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the technologies supported and how they map to business capabilities and processes
- Partner with applications managed support teams on any critical production tickets. Determine and documents program and project scope and deliverables based on documentation and requirements supplied by business partners
- Communicate with assigned resources to ensure on-time completion of planned tasks
- Resolve production issues through direct action or escalation when appropriate
- Provide regular status report deliverables
- Review release notes for SaaS applications and determine appropriate actions to be taken
We’re looking for people who have:
- 7 plus years of combined IT Project Management and Business Systems Analyst experience
- Excellent communications skills, ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems
- Self-driven motivation to understand, identify, resolve and recommend options to solve complex business issues with technology solutions
- General knowledge of ServiceNOW, JIRA, SAP FSCD, SAP AP, SAP Concur, Blackline, Statestreet, Webi Reporting, Business Process Tracking/Documentation, and Data Governance is a plus
- Software development methodology experience (agile and/or waterfall)
- Advanced management of requirement development, testing approach and planning skill and tool set to support SaaS based solution execution
- Developed understanding of enterprise technical landscape
- Passion for innovation and dedication to enterprise technology development and maintenance objectives
- Proven track record driving and delivering successful technology solutions, while being flexible team player

- Compensation – Base salary ranging from $100,000 - $115,000 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results.
